I would say avoid this company if you have offers from a good service based organisation.

This company is currently in transformation mode and a lot of changes,chaos is happening.

I am told it always has been like this.
They got rid of head of CBA india. Just imagine,how easy it would be to get rid of a normal employee.
People are being forced to do different roles.

Do not join and regret later. A lot of folks are doing that.
