Trying to figure out whether remote tech jobs are still realistic for someone without a huge amount of experience. Every posting seems to have hundreds of applicants within a few hours and it feels really discouraging. Are companies still hiring fully remote workers for junior roles or is hybrid becoming the only realistic option now? I feel like I spend more time applying than actually improving my skills lately.
