Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? And am I too American pushy if I reach out to the hiring manager (and my future team) for an update instead?

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? Buying a condo with an HOA - what’s the average reserve % you’ve seen? My HOA is 23% funded, and recently raised dues.

I miss music. Like actual bands with instruments and vocal ability. Feels like the music industry is so hollowed out that multi-member instrumental bands like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and even Metallica are no longer able to take root.

There are a few talented individual singers (Adele) a lot of awful mumble rappers, but no actual bands that will stand the test of time. Before I get called a Boomer, the problems with the music industry for new artists are well documented.

Going through a rough patch, mental-health wise. I have always been a high performer and dont back down from challenges. But this past month something feels off in my head and I have 0% motivation for anything at the moment. Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. I always pay my balance in full each month and have never missed a payment, how is 8% credit utilization determined to be that big of a risk that my score got immediately wrecked, I don’t understand
