I play my favorite music around the house and watch funny movies, dance around the house, have movie night with my friends. The weather has an affect on me so I have to d what I can to keep my spirits up
Working out, going to bed early, maybe invest in a sunlight lamp :,) it's hard out here!
Been wanting a sun lamp forever! Do they really work?? Ugh an original torontonian (shit on it if you want) and having an extremely difficult time coping w this bullshit weather 😒

I also took on Spanish lately, hobbies just save my mood on days like this
Candles!
I like to take advantage of the rain and get cozy indoors. I'll light some candles, make a cup of tea and cozy up with a book or a movie. This helps me stay positive and I find it helps the time pass by quickly.
Open up the curtains and blinds to let in as much natural light as possible, or consider investing in a light therapy lamp to simulate daylight. It also helps with the seasonal depression.
