Pray and leave it with the Lord
Show up chin up & be proud. Collect what’s yours. Mind over matter. Do not allow this person to take from you. You’ll be far more stressed with that debt and the thought “only if”. The job market is tough and positions are not pay what they were. I like to take that type of person/situation as a challenge - if you were there when your boss got there, more than likely you’ll be there when the boss leaves. Do your job well, document and collect receipts, just in case. If it gets too bad take a short leave to preserve your mental health. If you see no way out then start looking now, but do NOT leave before your bonus. If they decide to terminate you before then and you lose the bonus, then get them for a hefty severance. You have options, just be strategic. If warranted, time it just right to file a complaint with HR. The bully will think twice before retaliating.
I say start your job search now that way in 3 months you may find a new job and I would definitely stay to get that bonus. It definitely seems like you've earned it. Take the money and RUN!
Stay :) tough it out. Never Give Up. Never Surrender. Get that crap paid off.
Grow a pair, suck it up, and work for 90 days. Duh.
Find some time to punch a heavy bag or an equivalent. Imagine it's your boss's face.
Saturday just another day get it done be happy you last that long get a bonus that high you do nothing your co worker do all work you just do paperwork but co worker get pizza party complain then
Stick it out. You will thank yoursel. That money can help you look for a great new job and not stress about the bills.
You are very lucky
I will trade you unemployment right now
Believe in yourself
Is the bonus actually real? Is it something to make you stay ?
3 months is nothing. Get the bonus then leave.
Are there conditions attached to the bonus? Are you just getting that as a lump sum? Is the bonus a pay increase on your regular salary?
Don’t focus on how much you don’t like the job, try your best to find something good about it! Maybe co workers , ect… experience you are receiving, anything positive! In the mean time make your resume shine, network old friends, ect . But don’t let them break you you deserve the cash!!!!

Are the hiring? Coming back from a leg surgery unemployed at the moment really need a job
That three more months to wait for $25,000 bonus for me would definitely be my motivation to stay and then as soon as I get that I would have an interview or a job setup for the next day to relieve my anxiety and stress that I'm feeling because that's a $25,000 dollar bonus would be my motivation to just get those 3 months done and over with. Me personally I would still be finding things to do for myself like therapy having some type of view time to fix the anxiety issue right now but that's just me. I really hope it helps and gets better for you
Stick it out friend. It will be worth it. Start your job search and count the days until you get your bonus. Be sure to take a break before starting your new job. You've earned it.
When I get frustrated at work and find myself saying "Oooh, I have to go to work." I change it to, " I get to go to work!" Gratitude helps.
Good luck!
Pray and leave it up to God himself. He has the power to lead you where you need to be and how you need to endure anything.
I have gone through the same thing. However, I have built my plan B to be my primary which provides residual income. If you would like to hear about it, just reach out to me in LinkedIn. It doesn’t hurt to listen.
I would love any job at this time. Are they hiring lol. But I would for sure keep it untill I find something new, hang in there
Ur complaining abt going in on saturdays?
For that size of a bonus….what’s 3 months? That’s bonus is what I live on for a year….hang in there get that bonus and then move on. Don’t leave what you’ve earned.
