What US law firms tend to hire more LLMs?
I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?
Anyone here from Barclays finance/investment banking domains. Since most of the roles and packages discussed here are for technology/IT related. If anyone from finance background could share, whats the package Barclays offers for BA4 level in finance for anyone with 6-7 years of experience? Barclays, Barclays global service center

I feel that life is too interesting to let your job cause a negative effect on your day, when you get off work read a book, go to the zoo, or go to the movies. Your life can't be work, your life should be your life.
You must separate things very well, sometimes we do work out of necessity, but we cannot allow this to affect our personal environment.
Use the 8*8+8, that is 8 hours of work and 8 hours at home and add 8 hours of sleep, in each of these shifts you must avoid that one thing being related to the other, the best way is to use the time wisely.
The same thing happens to me, I work as a nurse in a hospital in an area where people have few resources, and it is common for me to see 14-year-old children arrive with overdoses or abortions, I always arrive home depressed.
I work in a prison in the food department, yes, I am the one who serves the food without a figure to the prisoners, and it is unfortunate to see how those walls consume their lives, I always feel bad when I leave work, it affects me a lot.
I make sure to take some time for myself every day to relax and keep up with my hobbies and spend time with friends and family, and I try not to dwell on the negative aspects of my job and instead focus on the good things.
As hard as it seems, I really try to think of work as little as possible once I am off the clock. I try to put myself in the mindset that I am home. Otherwise, I find myself mentally exhausted quickly.
I'm pretty good at compartmentalizing all the stuff that bugs me about work and leaving it at the office. I want to enjoy my time alone and with my family and that takes priority over stressing about work
I don't concern myself with work after I walk out that door. What kind of things do you hold on to that are affecting your personal life?
I'm a person first and a worker after. I don't relate my personal worth to my job performance and I don't care about what happens at the workplace while I'm not there
