Unemployed for almost 1 year I was let go in December last year due to Trump administration. I have applied for hundreds of jobs most ghost- and I truly believe some job postings aren't actually hiring. Back in June I had a job interview thought I had when invited for a second round they disappeared actually scheduled the interview and then no one showed up. I have used the last of my savings and I am beginning to enter a panic as the holidays are approaching.

When you apply for any opportunity, how well versed should you be with all the things mentioned in a JD, like certification, experience, some tools and technology, coding language. Do you see a 100% fit before you apply or go for the opportunity if you see the responsibilities meeting your expectation and know only like 60% of the expected or desired skills.
