Update- I think it was yesterday 7 moderate democrats voted to pass the homeland security appropriations bill to the floor for a vote

After today however, the Democratic caucus unanimously decided not to pass the homeland security appropriations bill when they take the final vote. This might just shut down the government again. If share the source but it won’t let me bc it’s a paid subscription.

Frankly I’m tired of speaking to them and answering the same boring questions, especially if I know they have a low GPA and no chance of summering at my firm, but I do feel bad saying no/ignoring them
