I currently have two offers in hand with similar package.

One is from FIS Global for position of Business Systems Analyst and other is from PayPal for Underwriting Analyst.

Really confused between the two.

With that being said I told her that I would complete my certificate by the summer around the time she would make partner. What sales/revenue targets are there for BDM or senior manager in Big 4? Per month/quarter/annum? Please share both given target and achieved also?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?
