I love my WFH in PwC India & base location of Kolkata. & the best thing is stability in PwC India, they never lay off!!

Planning to accept an offer at Kyndryl with the desired hike and a role shift from Sr. Associate at PwC to Band 8 at Kyndryl. Wanted to know if there are any cons/risks of Kyndryl from an outsider’s perspective?

Can anyone share what's the minimum and max package one can expect in Band 8 in Kyndryl. Its little urgent so a quick response would be appreciated.

They literally got offended and stared at me for asking about WLB...

Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.
