I joined IBM now Kyndryl back in Oct 2020, I have completed my mandatory trainings supporting an account and also cleared Rhythm Level but didn't got any increment yet.

What do now?
Anyone from Kyndryl knows about this thing like when we are supposed to get increment?

For in-house counsel roles, does firm prestige matter? For example, would the fact that an applicant is from Sullivan & Cromwell vs, say, White & Case matter at all, or is it much more about experience/interview? Does it matter as much as law school credentials? Assuming a mid-level corporate associate seeking to go in-house.

Hi tcs fishes please let me know what can I infer. I had a round with tcs where the interviewer asked basic questions about my work experience for 10 mins, no technical cross questions. And told I will let the hr know. I felt it weird. Can you please tell does it mean I am rejected?

I have an offer from Capgemini Invent and also got an mail for documentation with Deloitte. Request your insights when shall I put the topic with Deloitte HR that I have an offer from Capgemini Invent.

I have requested my HR for a revised joining date by 1 week at PwC as my last working day at my current company and PwC was colliding.
The HR assured me of an addendum letter but so far after 2 weeks I haven't received anything as such.

I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.
