[I140 app. for Green card transfer] I have an approved i140 application at my previous employer. I have been at Google for 1.5 years and haven't started the GC transfer process here yet.
In an ideal world, I would be quitting this job and moving somewhere else that aligns better with my professional goals in the next 3 months.
Does it mandate me to have transfered my GC to Google or should I wait for the offer confirmation from the new employer and do it once for all there?

My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry

Just sharing! Landed in offer at AWS over five weeks ago and still waiting on a visa transfer update from US CIS. So many work updates from other folks in these five weeks moving in and out while I am unable to share an update with my folks or celebrate in anticipation of the final approval of the petition. While he thinks that its genetics/being naturally gifted that got them to where they are I believe it's the environment & discipline that made them successful. We are not from said communities but curious to hear your thoughts on who is more accurate.
