Very Urgent Advice

I have joining in Accenture on 23rd March. In workday the application status is showing as Offer Accepted in Inactive tab.

In this week, I am about to get an offer. But that company work culture is not good and I don't want to join.

At this point, Can I ask Accenture HR to revise the Fixed part CTC by showing the counter offer, I want to join in Accenture only, I don't want to leave the opportunity.

Anyone please advice.

Is it possible to take certain files with you when leaving? Is this monitored, always or focused on the end of your tenure? I’m not talking client data but maybe doc templates or certain slide decks or program code like a VBA macro.

Curious what everyone else’s experience has been with refresh RSU grants (ie how many $s in RSUs have you gotten on a yearly basis after your initial new hire grant)

Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one.
