It is a bit too little too late. We do still get to vote with our dollars at these places. Honestly we tapered off going to Walmart when they switched everything to self checkout, was a nightmare to shop there, and the rolling back DEI was the last nail in it for me. Especially when I have so many other options around.

This is the exact type of reaction these companies should get. They don’t want to see Black and Brown employees or their struggles, but certainly want their dollars. Can’t have it both ways. Not any longer.
