Just began studying for the CFE exam. I have access to past editions of the ACFE Fraud Examiners Manual. Does anyone have recommendations on where to get good practice questions? I’d like to avoid spending a fortune on the ACFE kit.

So I used to work for a company where my job was good, was a director of business solutions for a fashion brand. Only issue was that the CFO micromanaged and ended up leaving. My background is digital transformation however I took an infrastructure position to rebuild a provincial healthcare system. I always lacked the hardware side and thought this was a good move but I feel like I’m losing my digital skills and don’t enjoy the work. I’m in it for 7 months now.

I am a project manager and would like to know the opportunities at Google for me in the future. What skills should I have? What roles should I look out for and when would it be best to switch?

What are obvious signs of burn out? I believe I’ve been feeling burnt out lately- always tired, irritable, lack of care for client or work, exit thoughts looming, etc.

What are good sectors to specialise in if I wanted to keep my options open?

I’m still a generalist but see people 1-2 years above me beginning to align. I frankly don’t really have any particular sector interest, but choosing based on “who i vibe with” sounds a bit silly (esp if you plan to exit)

How useful is sponsorship as a negotiating lever for full-time roles? I realistically do not see myself going back to consulting after B school. I have to stay for 3-4 more months to keep my sponsorship but starting to seriously consider quitting ASAP
