I'm not familiar with Walmart's policies, and I never set foot in their stores. But what they do could be significant as other companies will follow their lead. That's the thing, business leaders talk a good game of thinking outside the box and all that. But they always have to follow the leader. And they're all being led into the 1950s by the sound of things.

You’re right about expecting many more to follow their lead. So sad but that’s exactly what’s going to happen and already is.

Other than WalMart selling pro-LGBTQ apparel, I haven’t heard of any real work within their DEI policies. However, this is yet another organization showing us who they really were the whole time. We should never expect organizations and the people who run them to stand on the right side of history.
