Something I've noticed is that organizations that respect their employees don't waste a lot of time on slogans or meetings about company culture. They just do it. The organizations that talk a good game often fall short in reality and excuse a lot of behavior that crosses the line.

So true. Some places treat “culture” like a PR campaign instead of a promise. You can’t fix burnout with another wellbeing webinar.

Yes, when I lived in Europe 😂 It's difficult to find a genuinely respectful workplace culture in a country where we our taught that our value in life comes from how many hours we work.

Well said. It’s wild how normalised overwork has become. Until we stop glorifying exhaustion, no company can truly say it values mental health.

MBRDI is giving x and 1.5 joining bonus

IDFC it's giving x + 5, 3.30 Varible and 1 joining bonus..

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

At a tech company with less than 50 people and $6 M Revenue.
