Can someone tell me if a HRBP III is more senior level than a HRBP I? I’ve never really dealt with those titles so I am a little confused!

III would be more senior than I in all grade / job profile structures I’ve seen!

Search “Active Job Codes” in moma. It may just be go/ActiveJobCodes but you can search Job family and title and it will tell you the corresponding Level as well as T/O/E

Thanks- it’s for ADP - HRBP CLIENT consultant III.. I was trying to figure out if that was a more senior level role.

like

I've interviewed for the same role. I asked for clarity on the structure and yeah the HRBP III is the entry role. Good luck!

I think that would depend on the internal structure/career ladder in place at a specific company. Many times a Senior HRBP can have a team of HRBPs reporting to them and an HRBP III can be representative of time and tenure in role.

It really depends on a company's structure. I interviewed for a company where the HRBP III was a lowel level HRBP, and HRBP I was the senior level.

Agreed, it differs. But, I feel there should be a general standard.

I recently lateraled into Big Law. Most of my colleagues are homegrown. My shift did involve a big change in practice area, and there's work that I haven't done before that I now have to do.

But, sometimes I feel stupid here, even for work which I have done previously. It's like I'm unable to understand instructions the first time around. And I have seen my colleagues getting annoyed by that. It's like I've become dumb. In my defence, I could say they're giving half assed instructions.
