We have a lot of leads coming in from “web direct” lead source. Assuming a lot of this is due to cookies, but any advice for solutions / assumptions to make to better track lead sources?

My wife worked in a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as a QA Officer. Due to maternity complication she took approx. 2 years gap for her career. Meanwhile she learned few courses like PV, CDM, Clinical Research.
Here my question, now she want to start her career again with her new skills in CDM, PV.
1. Which one will have growth CDM or PV?
2. Does they consider earlier experience because she had a gap.?
