Requirements:
1) Should be Female.
2) 2+ years of software engineering experience. No freshers or interns.
3) Proficient in either C++, Java or Python.
4) Proficient is Data Structures & Algorithms.
5) Bachelor’s degree.

This will sound silly but being empathetic is one of my strengths. Being able to listen to the client, see and understand the issue from their point of view, and overall communicate with clients successfully has been something that has served me extremely well. Clients would look at me as the SME for a process change - someone they could turn to when they had questions or concerns or needed more information. This resulted in more users successfully adopting process changes. I was often praised for this.

Getting people to share intimate details about their lives and remembering them. When I was a kid, I was branded as weird for remembering things like “hey your brother and his girlfriend broke up a month ago. is he doing ok” and now if I’m like “hey your brother had been on your couch after a breakup last time we spoke - is he doing better”
