We use Monday.com and there are concerns that the board structure isn’t as efficient as it could be. I’m thinking as a team we should first identify where we’re falling short, then talk through the changes that we’d like to see. The biggest issue I have with the current structure is that is uses a predictive model on the sub-item level and this doesn’t allow us to quickly adjust and adapt to change. The current structure works for smaller, more straightforward projects, but not for more complex clients.

I am an AE moving to a PM role at my agency.

Since I will have the PM title, what is the roadmap for moving to FAANG (or similar) or SaaS digital end to end dev/implementation companies as a Technical PM/Senior PM/Program Manager?
