Hey everyone, I’m a recent grade (2yrs post undergrads. I have event managing, stage managing, and currently working as a daily operations manager for a small content creating agency. Additionally, I take on little projects to helps friends/family. I want to pivot into Project Management, but I’m not sure how to leverage the skills I have. Would any be interested in a informational interview or just general give some advice on someone trying to enter this job market with not touch experience.

Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? Pastel is great for web but need it for pdf/brochures, print, digital banners/content, and video would be a plus. Any recos are greatly appreciated!

So I started a new job a few months ago at an agency. Though my work performance is good I have been extremely stressed and anxious nonstop since day one. The work pace and load is significant. Even my spouse can tell a difference in me. The pay is good, but at what point is your mental health worth more than a paycheck? Is this new job blues or is this a sign of toxicity? I just had my 3 month performance evaluation. It went really well and I received a raise, but I’m worried if I should of negotiated it. It went from $41K to $45K. Is this reasonable? I’m considering I’ve been in the field for only 3 months.
