Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... They have not mentioned about the JB they mentioned over call.. whom can i speak about these queries.. also does Infosys called back employes to office how the joining process would be??.. TIA...

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. Has anyone ever worked at an agency in which the project management department was properly utilized? I traditionally was brought up in my career where PM type tasks were handled by lower level AMs. I have observed separating AM and PM tasks into two separate departments just causes communication issues and lazy account people. Account people should have a good understanding of how much effort and time goes into a project. Project Managers are missing a lot of context so blind leading blind.

What do you call different types of systems? I understand “design system” refers to visual design/UI system...but I’ve seen “visual system” and “brand system”. I can extrapolate but curious how others use these in real world application. Thanks!
