Naps, reading for fun, getting exercise in, and spending time with positive family and friends!!
Last year I restarted a healthy diet and exercise regimen. I try to work out 4 times a week. Many weeks it’s only 2-3 times. I also cut down social media. This year I’m saying no to extra responsibilities and stepping back my commitment to some of my organizations. I’m also doing a weekly local shopping trip on Saturday mornings at the farmers’ market and local grocery store. It’s been so good for my mental and physical wellbeing. I have the freshest food and spend a few hours with my fiancé.
I am a fitness instructor and teach cycling. It helps with stress relief and I get the opportunity to have fun with adults in an entire different environment. I also practice meditation and eating clean helps me feel well.
