I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.

Of course I won’t tell a single friend/coworker. Only my partner. And I don’t post work stuff on social media.

Realistically what are the ODDS of being caught? Is there a legal/HR process with which they could find out??

I’d like something different than care coordination but still stay within the field. BA in psychology with 10 years experience working with Developmental and behavioral health. I've had three interviews so far: 1) with the recruiter, 2) with the hiring manager, 3) with the lead of an adjacent division. I was contacted by the hiring manager (just 5 days after interview 3) asking if I was still interested and if I'm available for another meeting. He mentioned it would only take 30 minutes. Any thoughts on what to expect?
