I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.

The issue I am having is managing volume. I have about 150 active files some pre-lit and the rest are in litigation. Cases range in value from very small to low six figures. 1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

Where should I invest money ?
Apart from shares and mutual funds.

Note: max amt - 20 lakhs
Need good return
Blocking period can be of 5-7 years..
