SIL and BIL told us excitedly last weekend that she was pregnant (had literally just found out, so barely four weeks). This week she tells us she’s not pregnant anymore :(. This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. How do new mothers especially first time moms deal with stress? My wife seems so stressed after having our baby 2 weeks ago and I’m unsure of how to help other than take care of the baby when I can. I went back to work and she’ll be a stay at home mom but I recognize that the baby is a lot to deal with. Any tips?
