So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

I'd tell myself to find something I'm good at and specialize vs. going the "jack of all trades". It took me way too long to realize that no one wants a marketing generalist. My time would've been much better spent focusing on email from day one.
Don't let a man derail your career. I made a lot of sacrifices for someone who would never do the same for me, and the result is that I'm still not at the level and pay I was back then and it has been 7 years.
I love this question SO MUCH. I would tell myself to start networking early, going to events, and meeting people who will help your journey.
Don't take things too seriously. When I was younger I'd get offended or angry over things that really didn't matter all that much. I mean, they seemed important at the time, at least they seemed that way to me, with my limited perspective. I would have had a better time, and perhaps advanced sooner, had I been more capable of shrugging off some things.
Probably to skip the marketing/creative dream and learn to love math. Because not becoming an engineer or finding a career that can’t be replaced by AI is turning out to be a major mistake. And since I’m gonna be 40 in a few years, I feel like I’m in a lot of trouble.
