What are law firms looking for in AI when recruiting for a paralegal? I am actively searching for a new opportunity as a commercial real estate paralegal and have been asked about my experience with AI. The firms I’ve recently worked in haven’t used AI.

I’d also say that it would depend on the firm‘s policy, and have utilized AI to optimize admin work (i.e. writing a letter, suggestions on organization)

Hi everyone

I had HR round today for TCS, Everything was ok until HR offer salary, offering 11.5 for 4 yoe in automation testing, Current package is 7.65. I have said ok and she said i will receive offer letter in 7-10 days but i am not convinced with that offer.
I am thinking to reject that as it is very low and i can't put papers based on that low of a package.

Any suggestions??

Additional Posts in Ask A Recruiter - Law

Hi, been stuck in the contract analysis/review cycle. I have asked a few recruiters how to make a lateral move into in-house. They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year. Now that I have, are there any sites besides “jobscan” that I can use to make sure my resume fits the job descriptions? Does anybody know any recruiters that could help me, as well?

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer?
