Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

Employee funded benefit, what a joke after this years performance
In short, it depends on your usage and individual position.
I was in the same position as you, as I’ve never really had any problems with my teeth so barely went.
Started going end of last year. Had a scan at the start which highlighted areas to watch out for but no action needed.
Fast forward to today, I had a check up recently and was advised to get 2 fillings. Not urgent and I could ignore it but eventually it will need to be addressed (another cost but this is the reason to get checked).
In theory, the restoration cover under L3 / L4 based on my treatment plan would mean I could use the preventative benefits throughout the year for ‘free’ as that alone would cover / almost covers the yearly cost.
Best to check the cost of your dental practice services or one the practices which falls under the plan and see if there is a level which provides value with some savings if you need / want to use it.
Can you only go to a BUPA Dental Practice with the plan or are there private dentists with their own practice that are also covered with BUPA?
If you go to Bupa the checkup and clean is completely free. If you go private you get a rebate of X amount, e.g. level 1 you get £40 back for an appointment (even if it cost £70 or w/e) or level 2 you get £50 etc
Didn’t know there was on in the uk. Is it new?
A1 is the fee taken pre tax or post tax?
Have they given us access to the plan yet?
Yes. Got an email from Bupa in early Dec to set up the app to access my plan.
