What are the best firms for commercial operations support? Like ZS but smaller. I’ve heard of Qral and Beghou but don’t know much about them. Any others?

How about market access? Smaller and not acquired.

Seemed like there were a ton of boutiques that did good work 15 years ago and now they’re all acquired or bigger. Clearview, Putnam, HealthAdvances, Leerink, Putnam … are there any solid up and comers?

Looking to switch from a boutique firm into big law and make a move into corporate from litigation. Anyone have experiences doing this? Also, does anyone know which firms are more willing to hire laterals from outside of big law and which ones won’t?

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.
