I have very dry, 4c, high porosity hair and the following are a few products that work well for me - I love TGIN's Honey Miracle Hair Mask and their Green Tea Leave-In Conditioner. I also love the products by Qhemet Biologics, esp the amla and castor oil line of products. Briogeo is a great product line, esp their "Don't Despair, Repair Hair Mask." Camille Rose has a great moisture milk hair lotion. I've also had good success with Kinky Tresses's Restorative Avocado Conditioner and their Nourishing Hair Oil blend. Hope that helps.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
Am I crazy for thinking him a bad manager?
