Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

I keep fighting with the product managers on my team, who keep assigning me new features to build without checking first if I had the bandwidth for it. How do I communicate this politely?

Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

A Partner said they would reach out to discuss a passion of mine. It has been 2-3 weeks. I really want this conversation to happen. How do I remind them in a friendly, non-annoying way? Baring in mind they are doing me the favour.

I am only 4 months into being a surgical coordinator. I love the position itself however I am struggling to adapt into my new work environment. I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

Guys, i joined a company for 13lpa(prod firm) but i didnt sign any Agreement or offer letter on first day as HR was busy.
