30th birthday present watch accessory ideas.

A lot of knowledge on here so asking for some help. It’s my partner’s birthday and I’ve no idea what to buy him. He’s a watch fanatic - Pateks (sports and dress), Audemars (sports and dress), Rolex (sports), Omega (sports).

I’m obviously not buying him a watch for his birthday (in his dreams!) but any idea for some good accessories? He’s already got a PP watch winder, and has bought multiple nice straps for the dress watches. I’m completely lost.

It’s listed as $8,750 on Omega’s website; Geneva Seal (in Chi where we live) quoted me $8,200 all-in & they’ll cover tax; my jeweler knows a watch broker in NY who quoted me $8,250. I’m not at all familiar with this process so 1) can anyone recommend a better venue for this purchase? 2) are any of the quotes I’ve gotten so far good?
