A7 I took OP’s question to mean “which firms are still at 2-3 days aka not pushing for 4-5 and being dicks about it.” I’m also at Kirkland and can confirm that while the policy is technically 3 days, in practice it’s basically unenforced. You can’t be actually fully remote without special approval but if you come to the office like a few times a month you’re probably fine. May vary by group.

GDC has no requirement, but we’re encouraged to come in 3 days.
McDermott is 1.5 a week on average
lol why? 1.5 days is better than a lot of other firms
A&P just went up to 3 days in January, previously they were only 50% of the month, they’ve been reasonable about it

I think it probably depends somewhat on your role as well. I find some firms that are otherwise sticklers on their RTO policy have flexibility for counsel and other roles.
