AlixPartners I am expecting an offer for VP in financial crime/compliance and risk. I need to give them my compensation expectation. Currently working in Bank with 7+ YOE including 6 yrs in Big4 non-MBA (Masters in Finance). What is the total comp (base+bonus) that I can ask for? What is the general sign on bonus? Thanks in advance

In some cases yes, but there’s so much COVID work that you’d be plenty busy in IFCS for the foreseeable future
IFCS sits in the Forensics group within EY.
Let me know if you want a referral!
IFCS is part of F&I (Forensic and Integrity) service, but you'd be niched into IFCS project with little chances to work on other projects, such as Investigations, mainly now that Covid work is the biggest driving force for F&I. You'd have to fight to get into other type of projects
Yeah I wouldn't think that job opening is going lend itself much to I&C work. I work for another Forensics sub unit and can safely say that unless you push for it you are gonna work in your specialty 95% of the time.
What office are you applying to? Some small offices give you a better chance to network and work across sub service lines when resources are low. For reference, I’m an I&C manager with IFCS counselees and I try to pull them in when they are available.
