It depends on your comfort level, you should check if your job does not meet your financial expectations or if the work environment is not favorable.
As a job coach, I recommend that if you are not comfortable with your position and your pay, you should strive for new positions, and yes, I am encouraging you to apply for a new position, come on, you can do it.
Agree! It might be tough but there are opportunities out there
You can often negotiate yourself a higher wage by applying for jobs somewhere else. Depending on your field, jumping to other companies can be a quicker way to land a raise than waiting to get promoted at your current workplace
This is one of the hardest things to figure out in today's economy, "fish or cut bait." It largely depends on your skillset and if it is marketable in your current location (including remote opportunities of course). If you take a few skill/job interest tests that might be able to steer you in the right direction. Chances are you won't find your dream job anytime soon (most of us don't), but you can probably find something that uses your skills and wouldn't make you miserable on a day-to-day basis.
