20.5 fixed rest 1.5 is variable but there is one twist. From L1 to L4 levels all will be getting gaurateed variable pay bonus(100% payout) at prodata basis monthly that means :
For L1 to L4 level -> Fixed monthly inhand + [annual variable pay÷12] will be my in hand(excluding income tax).
Indirectly all comes to fixed pay.
