You should be asking your lawyer these questions (and yes, you need a lawyer to draft this, because that helps make it enforceable - don't draft it yourself just because you're a lawyer).

This is not enough info for any particular clause but you should have provisions for spousal support, equitable distribution, and what is deemed marital, and what is deemed separate property. Not much else info we can offer based on the information you provided. Good luck!
I put that my dog is mine and any future real estate I buy or any investment I make with my own money is mine. I also said I own 60% of our next home and 50% of his current home.
My main banking account is just mine. We share a joint account for bills and shared expenses. Anytime I put money in our joint account, it becomes martial property

Our dogs that we came into the marriage with are ours and that in the event of a divorce after getting dogs together: if one wants a particular dog to go with them, we ask for it and if it's disagreed, the asking party has the ability to buy out the dog from the other – which is total the cost of care for the dog (food and vet costs) for the age of the dog divided in half – with no ability for it to challenged other than paying 4x the buyout amount.

I got the following from one of my attorneys, but in the event either of us cheat on the other while we own land together, the cheating party will be required to gift their half of the property ownership to the non-cheating party.
In the event either of us cheat on the other, we have to make a yearly donation to an entity the cheating party hates for the length of the affair. IE if someone cheated for a year, that’s 12 years of donating, but if someone cheated for only three months, it’s three years of donations.
While I 100% understand why you deemed it crackpot, this wasn't the actual language used within the agreement.
I was just summarizing the points I could remember while taking a break from editing a brief, I haven't looked at my pre-nup since the day it was executed more or less and we've been married some time now.
