I recommend still dressing formal for interview. You can figure out the office dress code after you get the job.
Just ask yourself if you’d rather be overdressed than underdressed. A full suit for me.
Not something super stuffy but definitely business slacks and nicer top.
I would dress formally like how pre pandemic was. It is for good impression and will not hurt you.
I like a work dress with blazer combo. With tights and like a sleek heeled boot.
For a firm interview and if in person I’d still do a suit. If elsewhere in industry, well that depends on the industry. I’ve done a nice black knit dress long sleeves no jacket and boots to a software company interview.
