Any amazon recruiters here?
I have had received an offer from aws and i had a negotiation call a week ago with the recruiter.
It was a 15% increase in the total comp. I have not heard anything back. Should i be worried of Amazon rescinding the offer? Will they atleast come back with the original offer? Amazon

I've seen people online complaining about negative reviews about the companies. And I've heard stories about people threatening to sue over them, though I don't know how seriously to take that stuff. So sure, some people at some companies get concerned about them.
I don't know that companies really care about the reviews but I do know that consumers do. My company has a ton of bad reviews and anytime I bring it up they don't seem to care. My director always says that it is people who are angry and disgruntled that leave those reviews and she does have somewhat of a point.
I agree that management seems to dismiss reviews, but future employees do not. Often the reviewers provide important contexts, especially when it’s not personal but a policy, salary stagnation, or high turnover. I’m also on the lookout for dysfunctional or toxic environments, which could be subjective. However, enough of those reviews paints a red flag. Management that dismisses these reviews are either spinning the facts to defend their place or just don’t care.
I am planning to authenticate the employer reviews in these websites. So that only the respective employee can post the review and other unrelated people can't post the fake review. I am looking for people who already have experience working with a review platform to join me in this mission.
