What do we feel about the hiring process that add homework/projects? I’m seeing it pop up a lot now or being added to the interview process after you’ve started.

In my personal opinion, I think it’s horrible. We’re both interviewing each other - I’m trusting you to be a good company to work for, you should trust me that I know how to do the job (and you should provide me with training to be successful)

Had my interview on 12th Feb evening. The same day late night I got an email asking to upload the Application form( Completed the same on 13th Feb). Can I understand only HR discussion pending for me? If yes how much time will it take for me to get the HR call.

Company A: Offer letter coming in tomorrow, speaking with HR.

It's not an industry I'm interested in, and want to get away from, but my prev exp is related to it (financial). Team is supportive. HM is very persistent in getting me to join.

& How do you ask for a week's time? I do have final rounds next Wed for company D.

I am so anxious right now! Just got a job offer 2 weeks ago and still waiting on the written offer letter. I asked for an update and the recruiter reached out 2 days ago letting me know that they had some final requirements that should be approved that day so they can send the offer letter out. It’s been 2 days. My question is can I message the recruiter for an update? Will that be too annoying?
