Drink yourself crazy. Soak in the hot tub.
Probably not at the same time.
Journaling. Writing out my thoughts and never reading them agin has been one of the biggest forms of therapy for me. It's like venting but you don't have to worry about the feedback from others. I can feel the weight lift off my shoulders every time.
How much time do you give for journaling?
A long walk / jog / run 3-4 times a week.
I have been trying to do this but it’s so cold out.

Exercise. Can’t fall asleep after a stressful day without it.
A long hot shower. Lately, every day has been an insane work day so I'm not excited to see my water bill for this past month. It gives me time to just think though with no interruptions.
