Context: recently joined a Series B org, B2B enterprise and it feels some of the "helpful process" is missing. One PM recently said to me that it feels like the company sets big company level goals at the beginning of the year. Team's have a roadmap "but there's nothing in between that setup and end of year results". I have lots of ideas but interested in yours (the community)!

As product managers, what questions would you ask when interviewing a product designer?

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?
