Hexaware - 30 lpa 27 is fixed

Which one should I opt? Hexaware has good stabiloty n work life balance n do they follow hire n fire rule ?

VC community - a recruiter (from an external agency) reached out to me in regards to a strategy position in the VC firm’s local office but I feel tremendously under-qualified as someone with less than a year of consulting experience.
