What does career path look like in industry post consulting? I am worried about just being stuck in the same role for 5-10 years. Is it necessary to lateral around in industry to go up in title?

Guys, what platform do you use to trade US stock?

Will be leaving for a competitor (different consulting firm) soon and trying to figure out how to approach 2 weeks notice. I have several weeks of unused vacation still - will / can my firm force me to use my vacation time during my two week notice period? Will they give me any work, especially since I'm going to a competitor?
