The Senior Accountant title has meant a pay range of 60k to 115k for me in Florida. The job that paid 60k actually had MORE job duties and overtime vs the job that paid 115k. At this point in my career I look mainly for a boss that is kind, respectful, and valuable as a mentor.
Good insight
I feel external recruiters make up salaries to try and get you to accept it. I tend to focus more on internal bands compared to job responsibilities for the role. I wouldn’t focus on title because “senior accountant” is vague and can vary company to company based on what you will be actually doing
Good point
Yes, your boss is what will make or break your career and financial success!

Senior accountant is a pretty broad job description, and can mean different things at different companies - e.g., 10 person CPA firm, big 4 CPA firm, small manufacturing plant with additional admin responsibilities, revenue recognition niche at a Fortune 500, reporting for a bank, etc, etc.
Accordingly, “market rate” for a senior accountant is also broad. You need to narrow in to find out what market rate is for the roles you’re considering.
