Started at 340 last year, got down to 305, put 25 back on, and have been going strong for 2 months. Should hit the 25lb marker tomorrow and crossed 300lbs for the first time in 5 years last week!!

Finishing my 7th week and down 10lbs. F/29

Little slower than I expected given I have probably 50 I could lose (first goal is 25lbs) and have been tracking and working out.

However, I cheated a bit around the 4th of July week and have had a few other cheats here and there - all minimal, no extreme indulgences. I’ve been losing more quickly the last few weeks, I think my body just took a bit longer to adapt!

I am starting back on keto with IF tmrw. Did great and lost 15 pounds at the end of May but have spent the last 6 weeks on rooftop bars, beach trips, and BBQ’s so need to spend the rest of the summer focusing back on weight loss.

42/f down 5,5kg in 3 weeks. Cheated a bit yesterday, having popcorn at a film with the kids. Otherwise doing well and having very little hunger. Really love that my energy is much more level

Once I entered ketosis, my hunger went away. If I do get a small craving, which is rare, I'll usually just drink a liter of water. Sometimes we mistake hunger for thirst, especially when we are minimizing carbs which are known for water retention. Drink lots of water, shooting for half your body weight in ounces a day.

I’ve been remote for a few months now, which means my daily activity is waaay down, so its super important for me to get to the gym - it might by my only movement in the day!
I Need to start increasing the steps/cardio, but also want to get weight training in, while not spending 2 hours at the gym hahaha it’s a balancing act

His is a pretty normal day. On the road I'll eat breakfast and dinner. At home I'll typically eat breakfast and dinner around 3-3:30. Forgot to mention 31/m.

What about legal work is currently causing your mental health struggles?

Mine’s the hours, which is not normally my issue. I billed 230 for June and July and am already at 145 for August. My ability to focus is getting worse by the day, so I’m working longer to bill the same hours and have had to pull a couple all nighters. I burst into tears this morning when a client changed plans and now wants a major project by end of month, on top of my other deadlines next week... I just want to sleep.

I received my pre-hire survey Oct 21(Fri) but my bank KYC is not verified yet. I just submitted my bank KYC in EPFO portal. Now my query is do I need to wait till my KYC is verified in EPF portal? Or can I submit the survey with attaching a note: As Submitted KYC and pending verification.
