Is there a role for a CPA that wants to get into data analytics? Senior audit associate now that wants to exit to get experience with SQL, Python etc. but don’t want to start all over. What roles can I look at where I could leverage my CPA experience but still learn about analytics?

What are the cheapest study materials to study for the CFE? I didn’t want to pay out 1k+ for the prep course from ACFE.

I have two offers, one from Am Law 100 firm and one from Am Law 200 firm. Am Law 200 firm is offering 40K more (otherwise the firms have same hours target and, based on discussions, similar culture). I’m trying to decide between the two based on long term career prospects, both offer opportunity for NEP (not sure how realistic it is at either). Also not sure of overall earning potential down the road. Is the 40K now worth it or am I likely to make that up at the Am Law 100 firm in the future?

Anybody familiar with the Fisher Investments sales role? They give you a salary first 2 years plus commission, but the only thing that I don’t like is they no longer pay the trail on any account you open after 3 years. So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.
