I don't have any work to do in my current company. Poore din sota hu no calls. Get work once a week or two weeks.
Worried about my career, no motivation at all not learning anything new here.
Is it a good idea to switch company?
Or should I change my technology?

Current company mein 10 months hue hai and previous company 6 months baad hi chhod di thi because of the same reason mentioned above.

Full time creatives who freelance: how do you get these freelance opportunities?

Currently working full time and have no intention of going fully freelance any time soon, but would love to know the best places/sites to look for these freelance opportunities that allow you to do your full-time responsibilities on top of some freelance work.

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. At the last interview, at the end I was told the job was for management but I prepared for a different kind of interview. I am waiting for an offer or rejection letter. I got an offer from Deloitte and they have started my H1B transfer. In the meantime I got an interview call from Google (Which I would prefer over Deloitte). Can I continue interviewing while H1B transfer is in progress? If I get the second offer (Which is a big IF) can I so no to Deloitte at that point after the H1B is approved?
